                  It is true... Miami's real estate is fucking crazy!!

                  You can still find some 3/2 homes for less than $200k but they are waaaaay da fuck out west.. =(

                  Fucking, 1/1's on south beach are going for $200k =( I wish I would have bought 5 yrs ago...

                                                  My track record is great. People accuse me of things but it is always from my starving competitors. I can't help it if they don't know how to run business and blame me for the fact they they don't make money. It is not my job to help them or hurt them. I have to do what is best for SoBeGirl.

                                                  But anyone with this kind of money would not be giving it to me. The money goes to a trust held by a company that does this sort of thing. My money is there too. When the project is done anyone investing will get returns. This is the way it is done. It is called un earned income for those of you to stupid to know otherwise.

                                                  SoBeGirl has so many happy loyal webmasters who buy from me every week. Some buy just one set and download it, build a gallery or two and make their money back in the first day. Some buy 100 or 200 sets at a time. For all of them they get great content, at great prices and quick service. It is funny how people who never even bought from me can know so much about doing business with me.
