Yeah, the client deserve all our attention, and a good understanding of what they need/want is the most important !

True, but without happy employees...they aren't exactly going to go out of their way making your customers happy.

yes very true....i have about 12 staff in the office and they all LOVE working there...we dont have a big turnaround of staff unless they have to leave....i think without happy employees, company will not run well....

For reps it's gotta be affiliate . For tgpers it's gotta be traffic ... for mailer it's gotta be proxies and lists . I don't fucking know ... I do a buttload of things in different fields
