Rose, I'm not sure if anyone from topcash comes to this board.. but I've not heard anything bad about there program. I believe they pay ontime every time.
great webmaster program as well, $3 bucks a click, invite only if I'm not mistaken.

We have a limited number of webmaster accounts and cancellation is an unfortunate side effect. This is laid out expressly in our T & C.
However, we will be discontinuing this practice soon, like in a week. Keep an eye on the topcash.com site for info.

Actually I signed up knowing that I wouldn't use my account for months... but at the saem time I knew that it would be cancelled if I didn't use it in a few weeks. Same thing happened with Flash Cash not so long ago!Comment
