CCBill. Never had a single problem with them, ever. Well, their stats were down one day for like 15 minutes. That was... oh... about 2 years ago, I think.
I haven't used them lately for my own paysites because I don't have them anymore. Only recent experience with them is using sponsors. But you better believe CC Bill will be my primary processor when I start a paysite again.
