I used to build celebrity sites for cyberage and had pretty good luck.. it was called AgeCheck at that time though, and i don't believe they accept them anymore.
SexKey still allows celeb sites if you want to give them a try, or try the MrSkin.com affiliate program, i imagine it would convert good.
