    maybe coz its 1:30am here but here i go

    ur payouts might need to be changed, but there are soooo many threads about this....


    but if u think about it, its all about scales

    1 signup out of 100 and ur over the limit

    10 signups over 1000 and ur over the limit

    100 signupa ocwe 10 000 and ur over.

    u catch my drift

    i think they key is getting more sales... if ur at 1 000 000 signups (Whatever ok?) 1 % is a thousand.... 1000 chargeback.. oie



    OR

    idont know about this, but how about issuing refunds for the person instead of a chargeback.. different classification meaning lower chargback ratios?

                  Have never had a problem with chargebacks.....
                  Mind you we don't lie on our tours, we don't have cross sells or free trials, and we don't have cookie cutter sites with dime a dozen content.

                      Rebills are not going anywhere.

                      It is preferable to issue a refund so the customer will not chargebacks. However, if they disoute with the bank instead of you customer service department, it will be a chargeback. This is anohter reason why excellent 24/7 customer service and proper disclosure on the sites is essential.

                                          We have had rebilling since 1996 - This year, our vhargeback ratio is 0.05%.
                                          We give the customer good service, and if there is a slight problem, we offer a refund.
                                          You are never going to get 0 chargebackes because of many reasons - But a good service will always keep them as low as possible.
