Isprime & Webair are hard to beat right now. I gotta say that Phatservers is pretty darn nice as well. I needed a very unusual request taken care of and Sly RJ had a solution for me pretty fast!

flying croc is who I use. I have to say i LOVE them.
the only other company I'd consider would be national net. they are also ROCK SOLID. neither are cheapass hosts though.

There are really great services out there. After an "extensive" research, those were on my list to contact with: XFR (Jupiter Hosting) / Webair / Dynamic Hosting / ISPrime / Oxeo / Nationalnet / Phatservers.. After talking with them, it was really hard to decide
At the end, I couldn't resist to become a client of Jupiter Hosting..
It's been only a few days and I can say that they've got a first class support there.
There will be no harm to talk with the companies you like before deciding. My contact @ Jupiter was Drew and he was really helpful.
