we use NATS, so we have all their cool features, but really, the site makes the difference. Retention is asbolutely excellent. Conversions are insane. Etc.

In partnership programs, retention is the key.
To answer your question, if you're not familiar with NATS, we have a campaign system, free video content, hosted gals coming in a week with description and thumbnail preview, cascading billing, etc

Features for you??
How about the fact that for every sale we will give you stock in the company? That way you make the cash from the sale & rebills and residual income from the stock for as long as you wish to sit on it.
Support that will go out of their way to ensure that you have what you need. I've had custom templates created, gone in and branded hundreds of pictures myself so an affiliate could get some sites built before the content was even finished and posted on the site, etc.
And you get the benefit of being able to chat with me up to 20 hours a day..

well, we use NATS, instead of 100 sites that are really only 10 sites with different tours and all the same content, we've concentrated on the niches we know best and filled them with great content, our affiliates make money, our memebrs are happy, we pay on all signups (yes, even money orders, web900, etc.)
also, I've busted my ass doing custom galleries, custom content sets and special accomodations for affiliates. I've done site reviews, site critiques, helped affiliates adjust their text links to improve clicks and sales...
sorry, I'm old school and the greatest gimmick is making money ;-)Comment

I agree with Skyy on this one. Why have 100+ sites when you are only going to share the content across the sites, use shit content or just use the same members area for them all. It doesn't make sense to me. Rather than try to promote 100 sites.. take the time and effort to create a handful of original, exclusive sites and bust your ass to promote thoseOriginally posted by SykkBoy2
