the kicker here is that someone else will come along with the same deal and this person will be the real deal (honest, up front, willing to pay, the whole shabang) and she will either be so hesitant to do the deal that she may end up costing it to happen (by no real fault of her own) or she may just end up walking away from it all together because one person screwed her up for anyone else that comes along.

Jeff claims only 27 webmasters who signed up between April and June were affected. However, many webmasters signed up when the threads started and saw their accounts set to one rebill as well. And if I were to compile a list of webmasters who saw it on their own accounts across the different forums, it would definetly surpass 27 webmasters.
Even if all this can be attributed to a CCBill glitch, Jeff is still not paying out bonuses as he claims to do. This has nothing to do with the glitch.
CCBill has never backed Jeff or PerfectionCash by name. CCBill has also been strangely silent when faced with questions concerning this glitch.
The amount of affiliates Jeff has constantly changes. Back in May, he claimed to have nearly 2000 affiliates. Earlier this week, he claimed 1200. Now he's claiming 900.
Shaving aside, Jeff has been proving time and again to be a scumbag. He has neglected to pay several designers for work. Over the course of several months, he has given them all the same lame excuse about wire problems. We've seen at least one model who has also heard the same excuse. Jeff, if your bank has so many problems with wires, perhaps you should switch banks or choose a different payment method.
Also, there's accusation of pedophilia and the underage, non-nude teen sites he runs and is proud of.
Let's not forget when he added someone's site to his program and then replaced to site with a full page ad to Brittany Blu (one of his sites).
Jeff always has been and always will be a lying, cheating scumbag. Be forewarned. If you want to send your traffic to him, expect to be fucked unless you can help him fuck over others.

Since this post originated, three very important people have left Perfection Girls. Obviously, Dana was the first to jump ship! Then Fletcher realized what a losing proposition Perfection Girls actually is. Now, Scooter has left.
In the span of only two months, Perfection has lost it's cutest model, it's main designer/programmer, and it marketing/traffic person. In addition, these were people who were all very loyal to Jeff. This should tell everyone something about his character. If he is willing to destroy relationships with "friends", then just imagine what he is willing to do to people who are not close to him.
I wish Dana, Fletcher, and Scooter the best of luck! I only hope Jeff finally receives retribution for his dishonesty.

Im not sure where you live , but theres an easy solution to this problem.. In most u.s. states it's illegal to bounce a check. COntact the police have them put him on the hot check list and they will go and arrest him. Very simple. If he doesnt pay he will be arrested and thrown in jail.
Even easier sell the bad check to a collection agency for 75%. They will do all the paperwork and have him arrested if he fails to pay.Comment

For a long time, Jeff (Perfection Girls) has been screwing people over. From his models, to affilliates, to designers, people have not been paid by Perfection Girls! This is FACT and can't be disputed.
Jeff, however, crossed a huge line today. In order to attempt to purchase the silence of his model, Dana, he offerred to finally pay her $2000 of what she is owed. In order for this payment to take place, she had to agree to come onto the GFY board and make a statement saying that all was clear with Perfection Girls and that she had not been telling the truth in her previous posts. She also had to agree to make me do the same. This is simply not going to happen. Dana and I have not said anything on this board that is false - most of which can even be supported by hard, physical, evidence such as copies of NSF checks.
In addition to his extortion attempt, he made threats against me. On speakerphone, in front of Dana and several other people, he stated that he was going to "put a bullet between my eyes" and that if he couldn't do it himself he would "hire someone to kill me." I guess he figures he can threaten and intimidate us into not telling people what a liar and thief he really is.
Jeff has managed to terrify Dana, her mother, and a couple of my friends with his threats. I have no such fear. On Thursday, March 11th, I will be filing charges with the Farmington Hills, Michigan, Police Department, to protect myself from Jeff's threats.
If anything happens to Dana, her family, myself, my family, or anyone affilliated with any of us, Jeff will be held personally responsible. If any of us were to get into a automobile accident or even HIT BY A BOLT OF LIGHTNING, Jeff will be held personally responsible. He might even consider hiring a security detail to ensure all of our safety, it's his personal freedom at stake.
This is not the way a respectable businessperson does business and I hope everyone takes note and discontinues doing business with this individual.

I don't know why a company would want to risk their rep by bringing a known scammer into the mix.
