I Ordered 10 galleries for $100. I paid an extra $20 to get mine done early. It's been over 30days and I've received 6 galleries. .. but one of the galleries they made me i saw being used on another tgp.. so they sold me a gallery design that they had already sold someone else. Same sponsor same exact design. I asked them about this.. they said they sent me the wrong zip file and i'd get another gallery plus the 4 they owed me.. a few days ago they said.. your galleries are ready for delivery tonight.. well it's been 2 days and still no galleries.. i'm just glad i didn't send them a big order.. but if they can't do 10 galleries in 30 days or less than they got big problems.Comment

Add me to the list of victims. I received 10% of my order placed at the end of January. After 3-1/2 months of excuses I eventually gave up on the rest and just walked away from it - it was costing me more in lost work time and long distance calls than the cost of the galleries.We got fucked by these guys too.
I guess I was lucky to get a handful of galleries. A big watch-out with these guys; Joe was all talk, no action.Comment

Its not a question of paying 50% upfront. I was referring to their policy of accepting 100% up front. I have been on both sides of the losing battle, not getting paid for work I have done and not getting work I have paid for. Never lost 100% because I believe in th 50% rule. Doesnt make scamming better cause you only loose/gain 50% but it does seem to deter it.

THIS THREAD however is devoted to a certain company who handled their affairs so poorly that we all would love to honor them with the scammer of the year award. WHICH brings me to peoples need to lie. It gets you no where. Thegallerypeople did their fair share of lying and avoiding contact and just ignoring people. wooohooo what a great business model.
I dont care is someone is sick or had a tornado take down their house and office... you get your fat ass to a computer as fast as possible and you make sure your clients know whats going on and apologize and state that as soon as humanly possible they will get their stuff. You contact them often to say thanks for hanging in there waiting etc. You dont let your customers stew and get angry enough to finally go to the boards because of your lack of communication with them.SusannaComment

I ordered 30 galleries and got a lot of excuses too. So far, i've received 3. Joe seemed like an OK guy and told me he'd been sick and in hospital. I gave him a break and decided to be patient.
To find out now that the biz has been sold is not restoring my faith in human nature.

paid 5 bucks a piece..got 5 galleries so far..and a whole lotta "the check's in the mail shit"
had a talk with him this morning on icq..told him I wanted my money back..he said he make my stuff asap special..
yeah..specially up my ass..
I told him this shit is wrong..people are comparing you to all the rest of the net scammers..if your not, then prove it..
So I told him I wanted my money back and gave him a deadline of tomorrow afternoon or I will go to the attorney general's office here in New York and file a complaint..and believe me I will..Just for the satisfaction..Comment

I used to order small quantities of thumbnail pages and banners etc. I found out pretty quick with them that small orders were done quite quickly, but my first largish order took nearly two months to do. (paysite tour, that looked great but didn't convert, so I changed back to my more amateur looking tour) I was happy with the quality of their work so I continued requesting their work but only whith small orders, that way they were always done within a week or so.

Wow I can't believe all the people that lost money with this. Right now I am booked another week and a half. We can do small orders 1-5 galleries in this time. And larger orders we will book starting at a week and a half. We also have great deals on bulk deals. The site has a few templates up but hit me up on icq for some more samples.
The way we have been doing this with larger orders is to give the client 5 galleries each day, that way any modifications can be made timely and then you know we are doing your galleries!Comment
