It's not just lock up the files, also encodes them.
So you need to find the password..
Try that Advanced Archive Password Recovery
It has a unique feature:

if they use a long password (10 or more letters) you can expect it to be finished by next year if you're lucky, and if they used characters with ascii values > 127 (eg double-byte encoded foreign language characters) you can expect it to be finished by the next millenium.(b] cheap hmtl programer for hire (/b)Comment
