I'm sober now, what do you think of this tour?

Not sure what came over me, but I worked on this for hours and hours!

A few people that I showed it to thought it was hilarious, then again those people have never been to Internext... Right now I won't get into all the reasons why I built this site, but I have noticed that at least 50% of the people that pay for Internext are not even webmasters -- mostly just curious perverts...

At first I was going to make it a guide on how to sneak into Internext and get everything free -- but then I felt that was too irresponsible -- I didn't want to ruin the industry with people looking to take advantage of the Internext situation. It's bad enough that people spill drinks in the suites, do drugs, and generally expect more than they deserve... So I tried to make this guide useful -- I even explain what a registrar is and why you need a DNS server -- items of interest that seem basic to many of you -- but to people new to the internet and excited about our work -- this information is priceless.

I'm not really sure what the reaction will be yet! Will I introduce thousands of newbies into the industry? Maybe this will start a whole new movement! Why are these guys jerking off at home when we can get the girls into these parties and do live shoots... I was just at a party last week -- college party -- lots of young sexy people... but it was boring as hell. There were a few girls on the couch -- they were kissing -- and all the guys were excited, except me. That's nothing compared to what we do at Internext! Big deal, some lesbians kissing -- I saw that at the bar last night...

Maybe we need to take Internext to an entirely new level... What do you think?

great concept, lots of potential for sure - the design might need a bit of work. Its like the payoff/value proposition needs to be highlighted a bit. It takes a bit of a while before you actually get the idea of the site...
Txt is very wellwritten, allthough there might a bit to much of it

are you going to put up an affilliate program?
or - how about making selling the content - Id like to incl it in my paysites.

Thanks for the remarks. I can definitely expand on the design -- adding more pictures -- but I didn't want it to be too fancy looking, otherwise it seems like the site is all about the sale and not about the actual information.

The payoff/value I think isn't so much about how much money you will make in this biz -- I don't want to make promises of huge profits, because it really is a difficult industry -- I tried to focus more on the lifestyle of working with hot babes -- I'm sure I can push that further...

As for the affiliate program, I might do a 50/50 split... I think most webmasters would be happy with an unshaved $20. This would be a great link to drop in anyone's webmaster page to make a little extra money -- or to help affiliates get excited about working on their sites... If I do an affiliate program it will probably be on a 1-on-1 basis... need to do more testing first.

As for selling the content -- I'm thinking I can trade testimonial links with other sites... I can recommend your site/tools/program inside or outside of my guide, you get a testimonial on my page... you get some free advertising, my guide looks more reputable, etc... and then I get some traffic...

I feel so important Gee thanks! I'll tell you a short story. When I first started in 98 this guy from YNOT told me to go to the conventions -- he said that was really important. At the time I was still in school and afraid of being associated with this biz... besides why would I want to hang out with pornographers?

Probably it was Boneprone's excitement about Internext that really got me interested -- and I must say I had a really good time that first show... Getting all those party passes was fun -- like Easter Egg hunting!

I'm not asking anyone to promote this site! There's no affiliate program. If somebody is going to recommend my site it's because I work with them and they would want to give me a real recommendation -- and more likely because do the same likewise... On my site it says I will lower the $40 if somebody can't cut it -- maybe in exchange for a link trade or something... why turn interested people away? I'm not really targeting industry pros with this, but pushing this on GFY it seems that I have to try to take it to that level. From the existing members I have been getting good feedback so

I will be making revisions to the documentation... as for doing a trial or a "kick the tires" deal -- it's information, not porn. I give it out for $1, the information now has no value, because everyone has the information -- do you see? You keep information private, and now the information is valuable... I try to have a personal relationship with everyone that joins the site so I can offer the best service and have a level of trust -- over time I imagine that the price will go up because I won't be able to communicate with too many webmasters. These ebooks spend a lot of time try to prevent information theft, but anyone with some skills will be able to steal the information... I think ebooks are a great idea, but why make something more complicated than it needs to be. Information is information -- ebooks just overly complicate things.

I don't need a cheesy promotional matrix -- this is a 1-on-1 let's-be-honest-no-bullshit type of service. Kindof like phone sex.

yup, but usually ebook profits make up for any stealing so it isn't really an issue

or offer training/mentoring as hard goods if you like, on paper, tape or CD

people pay more for that

I definitely give TheFly credit for nailing the idea/opportunity precisely. I suppose my approach would have been to go for a higher sale though, a one time purchase. Then just tack on other 'free reports' to help close the sale and add value.

4. I'll be working on the master text -- it's in chapters now mostly... the chapters will just get longer -- and there will be more chapters... As for pics -- well there's only so many pics I can have in the tour really... Yeah -- Ideally the "tutorial" would have pics... and vids... But one step at a time. Now I'm more concerned with providing excellent information so nobody feels cheated or wants to chargeback... but for now all the members have my ICQ number and email -- I'm trying to keep it personalized for now... one step at a time I guess...

But sure I can see "the lifestyle" working with D-Money... The hiphop stuff, the pimp stuff, the D-Money show... there's no reason why it shouldn't take over the world... we could be on the cusp of the next sexual revolution...

you have probably already answered this but i didnt read want to read this whole thread... are you gonna share info such as partys you went to, people you met, etc. or are you gonna share info on like how to get better listings, where to buy good traffic? things like that...
