That makes sense. However, I would have to talk to all the designers, and I get the feeling that some have simply resigned themselves to the fact that they won't ever be paid, to the point where it might not be worth the headache to them to go after him aggressively.
Me being in Canada could certainly help though.... I could easily find a lawyer in Montreal for this.
