I'm not sure how that would go though. Hungryman is in Eastern Canada (Montreal I think), a couple of the designers are in the US, Amp is in Hawaii, and a few others like Rikki Lee are in Australia.
I just don't know how such a lawsuit would come about, or where it would even be held.
