Conon makes great cams i thin the new 10D is an amazing buy vs any sony imho. I have the D30 with 28-80 zoom lens an amazing cam vs sonys....

take a picture of a piece of clothing with lines or stripes ( wool for example ) now try to get that in focus :-)
