The predisposition has got to be at least partially genetic/cultural....most of the straight up white guys I know are all about tits...while I'm half hispanic and I love ASS.
Plus all the black guys I've known were also all about the booty....*make it clap*.....
Maybe since white girls usually have less than inspiring flat butts, white males focus more on breasts.
