    making a full DVD movies download site, how to license?

    I want to make a full DVD movies download site.
    A pay site. How can I license DVD movies for this purpose.
    I (of course) want to do all the things in legal way,
    is there anybody or any firm can help me about these
    matters?
    (content firms etc)

    is it a good idea or bad, what do you think?

    and is it a "very expensive" thing to build such a site?

                  I like AL and it seems I will buy my DVDs there
                  but I want to have some more option, if possible..
