Wap adult sites have been around for U.S. users for quite a while now, but I don't know if anyone's actually making decent money on it.

I guess the newer generation phones, after WAP are the ones where it will be decent quality.

XML wrapped content to multiple platforms.

The current technology seems to be outdated...

I'm talking about the new phones everybody has these days, with the ultra sharp photos on the screen.

Sending daily pics like an sms message. It looks like the time is right. I know many people tried it before, but what to do if nobody has a phone where it looks right, like in 2 colors, lol.

The only thing I would be worried about is make damn sure that you are sending to people who "HAVE SUBSCRIBED" .

The whole reason you can sue for fax messages (in the states) is because it costs the owner of the fax money each time a message is recieved. i.e. paper, ink, etc.

If this was sent to the wrong phone, I believe they could get you on the same grounds. i.e. They pay for each sms they send/recieve

Just food for thought and my
SIG TOO BIG! Maximum 120x60 button and no more than 3 text lines of DEFAULT SIZE and COLOR. Unless your sig is for a GFY top banner sponsor, then you may use a 624x80 instead of a 120x60.

Of course. Always ask for a confirmation via cellphone, rule #1.
