Our likes and desires run in a stream with in a niche, paysites should cater for that single stream with different photographers interpretations. For instance a teen paysite with Aarons, Mutts and our content would be work because of the similarity between our interpretation of the teen niche.
So if you do not base the sites content on "what turns you on" what do you base it on? Without a lot of knowledge on a niche/style, the risk is run of a site trying to appeal to all and ending up appealing to no one. There are millions of surfers out there looking for porn, going for 0.5% is the safer bet.

See above reply. My mistake, I should have clarified what my focus was a bit better. Of course a pay site owner has to keep true to their chosen niche if they run a niche site..... that's a given. But even within that niche there is usually room for diversity and diverse content and models. Take the tranny niche for example..... Inside that niche there is still amateur content and professional "high-gloss" content. There are very convincing high-end trannies and there are very gross-looking amatuer lady-boys.
Webmasters simply need to stop thinking only about what *they* like, stop tossing out the shitty negative comments and the infantile puke smilies on content threads and start thinking about what the fucking surfers want. That is the entire point here.
