what probably happend was as follows : Castview wrote 1500$ on the wire form, however some dump post guy at the bank made a wire out for 15,000$ instead of 1500$. The Castview account could only be debited the ammount of 1500$ as that were their instructions and if the bank made a wire out for 15,000$ is only their problem. Actualy Castview doesnt care about it, as the error was on the bank's end.
I assume this is how it happed or Pipecrew is full of shit
