What she did in the past has nothing to do with the facts. She got greedy and now she must accept the conequeneces.
I'm not sure I would have done the same thing. She knew it was inside trading and with all the Enron and WorldCom fiascos, I would have never have touched those shares. Shes was worth like a billion dollars and she pissed everything away for a lousy 50k. Stupid move on her part.
