    Tiger Woods: Time to crack down on hecklers [BIG WAAAAA]

    DUBAI (Reuters) - Tiger Woods wants tournament organizers to crack down on unruly behavior by spectators, saying the problem is becoming more widespread as the game's fan base grows. "I think it's a top priority for any organizer. It's something we should react to and put things in their proper place. Just like having cameras out there or cellphones going off, these things need to be dealt with and taken care of. "

              I agree with him, this isn't Happy Gilmore. Everyone who plays knows how hard golf is, and this guy is expected to make every shot perfect. Hey if a friend of mine's cellphone goes off while I'm driving and my ball goes in the bush, that's a mulligan. No reason Tiger Woods should have to put up with that while he's playing for millions of dollars.

                      I disagree. You're not a professional golfer, Tiger Woods is. He makes a living off that, he should be able to play under any conditions. He needs to stop whining and play golf.

                              If people are yelling things while the players are making their shots then I say toss them out, but if they're doing it while everyone is walking from one hole to another then that's different.

                                      Come on, be sensible. Obviously the baseball bat example is an extreme. I think that a professional golfer should be able to make a shot with thousands of people around, even if they are making noise. Yelling suddenly during a shot is bullshit, but golf is a spectator sport, and if a cellphone goes off or if someone is whispering to someone, the pros should have to deal with it. It's like a celebrity bitching that the papparazzi is always following them around, it goes with the territory.

                                                              Hahaha. I really dont think Tiger cares to much as he has a thicker skin then most after all these years. Yet he does get pissy fast if he is having a bad round.

                                                              That crap with Davis Love last weekend was embarassing though. They get new fans and make huge cash now, then they bite at the hand thats feeding them.

                                                                      If you want to heckle, go to a baseball game. If you are just SO much more specialier that you have to make loud obnoxious rude comments when everyone around you is being polite & watching quietly, in the time honored tradition of golf, I think you should be made to stand out in the middle of the driving range and used as a target. How immature. People like that need to get over themselves.
