Hey Mart, They are using ccbill aren't they?
I doubt the dude would shave you through ccbill, besides you can see if rebills are turned off in the ccbill admin.
Maybe ccbill is having issues or something?
I know lately alot of my own partner sales have not showed any ccbill Id's so maybe it has something to do with that.
