Here's something cool to try. After you've completed the mission where you bust out the safe cracker from the police department, go back to the police station and pick up the cop outfit. Then drive to Fort Baxter, on the right side of the airport all the way in the back. Then hit the stairs on the left, through the port in the chainlink fence and in the back of the military base you should see an Apache helicopter.
It has two rocket launchers and rapid-fire machine guns, both with unlimited ammo. It's the fastest chopper in the game
Try playing vigilante missions in it, it's REALLY cool

I have the ice cream company, but I can't make that mission. When I park and press the rshift or lshift (horn), nothing happens. Maybe I'm missing something huge, but I think the ice cream van music should play to attract costumers.
And, really, the games never ends? GTA3 ended with credits just like a movie

Anyway you need to activate the "ice cream jingle" by pressing the horn button and then drive somewhere with lots of people, little police and no gang members... I usually go to the stadium, park at one side of the stairs and make a few deals until I get a to wanted level 1, then I drive around to the other side of the stairs and make a few more deals... continue until you have made 50 or more deals and just step out of the car... then the ice cream asset is completed.
