These lawyers are just taking advantage of people with a legitimate disease. Frivolous lawsuits like this aren't getting to far these days.

But with a McDonalds on every corner and advertisements out the ass...they do share some of the responsibilty in all this. America has only in the last 40 years become the land of fatties...funny, that's about how long Mickey D's has been around.

McDonald's doesn't have a good reputation. Just read the book Fast Food Nation and you'll find out what they put in their "quality" food.

Eventually, even fast food will probably be healthy. I won't mind as long as it still tastes cheap and greasy and gives me the runs.

Yah, McDonald's is pretty nasty.

I have a friend who worked there, she tells me that you should never order the grilled chicken or the McRib. Says she never cooked the chicken, and that the McRib cooks in a bin full of sauce, that you can't see through... and that you don't know how many McRibs are in the bin... so they throw new McRibs in all day long, so if you come in at the end of the day you stand a good chance of getting a McRib that has been in that thing for an entire day...

But fat people sueing is dumb, unless Ronald McDonald stole Hamburglars piece and forced you to eat the Big Mac at gunpoint, you have no one to blame but yourself

They are suing becasue the fries come pre-fried in lard,
and fried again when you order them in a different grease.
They, say it made them fat.

The question is, would they of not paid for the fries if
they knew this?

The answer is NO, they are the ones getting extra butter on yellow popcorn at the movies.

My own thoughts are, they are fat, becasue they eat the crap, don't exercise like myself, it is our own fault we are fat...
