    Supreme court decision

The broad interpretation of the decision is; what you do sexually behind non public closed doors is your own business.
Anything goes except CP; even beast.
    So much for content restrictions.
This is a good ramification for adult internet, what do you think?

Well I don't think the internet is exactly behind closed doors.

I don't see how it affects the majority of adult internet businesses. That decision was solely meant to render harmless some states anal and oral sex bans between adults in private. I don't think it had any implication on the legality of the production, distribution, and publication of adult related materials.

I think the Feds are starting to wake up to the fact that its virtually impossible to control all the varied sexual acitivities of 300 million citizens any longer.

To show you how far we've come in liberating sexuality when I was a kid growing up and TV was first starting, they couldn't even show things like Lucy and Ricky having one bed, couldn't show Barbara Eden's belly button on I Dream of Jennie.

We've come a long, long way. Thank you Hef for starting the liberation!

Now they can finally show Ricky and Fred sharing one bed.

It's the first step...but Lambda Legal (ones who started this - gay rights group) has something big planned according to their website. I think after reading the opinion on this one there's ample ground to go after the defense of marriage act and all the state sodomy laws. Interestingly enough, they used the European Human Rights Commission as part of their grounds. 'Bout time.
