yeah i don't trust to hire anyone really unless im already friends with them. i don't know anyone around here who really knows this shit too well, tried to show a couple friends but that never worked out. im not big enough to hire anyone now but back in the day i thought about it, but didn't wanna share the cash and like you, i want things my way

I"ve lost more money on dishonest employees than any other thing. I use contractors now, they work harder, more competent, cost the same in the end. When I don't need them they go away.
