Some bear; I wonder who his last meal actually was. Don't let the photo
gross you out too much.
The following pictures are from a Forest Ranger in Alaska.
He was out deer hunting when he noticed a large Grizzly Bear about 50 yards
away.
The bear immediately charged after the ranger and he had to bring it down.
He unloaded a full magazine from a 7mm semi-automatic rifle into the bear.
It dropped a few feet in front of the ranger and was still alive.
The ranger had to reload and fire one last shot into the bear's skull.
The bear weighed in at 1,600 lbs. and measured 12'6" from the Shoulders
down.
This bear was a world record for it's size. This bear could walk up to an
average single story house and look on the roof at eye level.
After some exploration of the area the ranger discovered the bear's last
meal which unfortunately turned out to be human.
The nearby authorities think this bear may have been responsible for missing
people over the last few years. When a bear gets a taste for human flesh it
starts to crave it.
