Well, I will not at this moment call him a crook...

but here's the story, I received without problems 2 dvds of him couple months ago...

THe second DVD had NO nudity in it

so he offered for $50 more to send me another DVD to replace the second one...

Said that it was shipped May 8th... never received it

Said that it was Reshiped June 9th... still havent recived it

And he's not answering emails and ICQ


he might be away, I dont know but my patience as its limit

why didnt you just charge it back at the time you said you were going to (your last thread regarding this matter)? you didnt honestly think that a guy, who never gave you the content you paid for, was really going to reimburse you (by check no less) for products never received?

you cannot tell me anyone (after several months of excuses) is this gulliable? no offense to you but, really common sense should have prevailed in this incident!

necoeds, i'm 99.9% sure you've misunderstood the chargeback policy.

i work for visa customer service and i deal with this problem a few times every week.

if you want to initiate a chargeback for merchandise not received, you have to wait until 60 days after the charge was billed to you before you can chargeback. that means the person has 60 days to send it to you.

that's what the friday deadline was all about.

call your bank and charge him back.

I can't charge him back because it was my debit card that was used... And my bank (Commercial Federal) won't let you do it after 60 or 90 days... can't remember...

i'm curious to see how this one plays out as well. i'm still waiting for something myself.

Listen I have delivered on over 30 orders since February this year... 3 orders to date I can think of I have messed up on.. a 1:10 ratio and really 2 I didnt mess up just the people were unsatisfied... I owe sexyclicks for a webpage design which I will pay him..

Case 1:
Neocoeds.. he ask me to ship his content out on DV Tape format.. this ends up being a problem since one my DV cameras broke and the other one was stolen on my shoot down in Mrytle Beach, SC during Black Bike Week.. so I cant deliver on the content.. I advised him of that in early June.. he is pissed and threatens to post a popcorn post on GFY and so he does.. he is still yet to get his check for refund of content.. he will get it at my earliest convience due to his unprofessional attitude...

Case 2:
XXXDesignNet.. He orders content from me.. I ship NEXT DAY he gets content in 1-2 days after order to canada from US... He is unsatisfied with one of the content DVD's.. I told him I would ship him another one for 50.00 from the 2003 Black Bike Week footage and would ship first week of June.. I did that.. He claims he never got... I reship DVD today with confirmation number and registered.... He will post that he recieved it within the next few days..

Case 3:
Client from Greece... He orders for me said the content is URGENT and he needed it ASAP.. I paid 56.00 to ship next day overnight UPS to greece.. not to mention it was 3:45PM when he ordered.. I had to rush to burn the DVD and make it to UPS before 5 to ship.. but I managed... He was unhappy with content.. and request some more.. I shipped additional content DVD he is yet to recieve.. so now I am going to ship again with confirmation number and registered.. He may post on GFY but I dont think he goes on GFY at all

Situation with SexyClicks.. he did a WONDERFUL webdesign for me www.blackgirlsinpublic.com ..... Great work... I have not paid him for the design yet due to financial issues.. he understood my situation and is patient with me.. and very professional unlike others (Neocoeds)..

That is it.. thats all there is to this.. you guys can try to badger me up more.. or degrade me.. but every other 27+ customers no that they got quality content, and got it in a timely matter except for 3 cases.. 1 case I completely didnt deliver on the content and the other 2 I did deliver on a timely matter and the customer wasnt satisfied and I am shipping replacement content dvds..

I dont know what else to say.. personally I know that I have a large client base and if I never got one more customer to buy content I would still be fine... I just hate being attacked and called a crook when that is completely not true...
