I have allergies really fucking bad and what I use is Vicks sinus spray. It's in a greenish colored box. It has menthol added to it which really helps me breath clearly. Works better than my Allegra

Claritan EX --- I have bad allegeries to trees and grass, this time of year has been kicking my ass til I got the claritan.

Doesnt make you sleepy or dopey. Just makes you able to go outside and live.

I have allergies too . Sometimes they appear because of the food or the sun , so better check with a doctor what it is?
