Good Lord Did you never call the vet back? He could give him something. I didn't want to say this before, but I've given a tiny chip off a Xanax to my Aunt's crazy ass poodle before cause it was driving us all insane one Christmas. Probably not a good idea though, since he may still have other meds in his system. You should call the vet when he opens and tell him you need something. There's doggy equivalents. Or go rent a hotel room for yourself
