On the flip side if anyone is doing mass converting of Mpegs to WMV use the Windows Media 9 Batch Encoder.. it's great.
You have to install the SDK to get it to work but once it's in, it's
good to go. Been running it on a system for 10 days converting

Ok let me answer your question about putting it back up, it has to do with DMCA law and you can review it here:

Its under Conditions and basically it states that we are required by law to put the violator back up if they have said to comply.
Upon putting it backup we were immediately notified again that they were still in violation and therefore we were able to shut down the account after receiving the next round of complaints. I'm not sure of the span of time but I think we had a change of shift when it happened.
Many customers inadvertely violate DMCA laws, we contact them in a expeditious manner and pull down the site (or page) and give them the chance to comply. We received emails stating that this site had so much stolen images that there was enough for us to refuse business.
So a quick and simple answer is, why did we put the site back
up? To comply with DMCA laws regarding the receiver of the

Yes yes, that is true, and a good explanation there Phil, but your biggest flaw is this site has been doing this for a very very long time and many people have made complaints about it before and you never took action...
