guys if you will read what he wrote as i just did again there is no members to go with the sites he is keeping al REBILLS and will work som thing out with you to pay there part of the bandwith they use , so you are just getting sites , and what ever they have for names out there to still get hopfuly new members

Although the purchaser would need to establish their own accounts at each processor ( if accounts not already held ) all sites are linked and currently processing with the above companies. If accounts already held, it would be simply a case of editing company codes - subject to processors approval.

No revenue or rebills are included in sale.

Current members (acpay / epoch / achdebit) to be allowed member access as part of the sale process with the bandwidth allowance to be negotiated as part of the purchase agreement.

well i have sent him a letter and all are posting and he hasnt got back yet to me but
Vidoe and the others like i said mayeb we can make somthing work here , i know alot of the people not want all , but depending maybe take it all me and my partner will and then sell off some the others ,

ether way need to know first what the heck he wants for it all

that is what we go to terms on and see what he has and not have and again if you read it says he has linc that can be transferd ,

again he did get from charly and he can be a dick so there might be the only one that has probs , again that is why you take one step at a time with the sellers

Actually, I think in regards to the content it reads like this..

The content would be licensed to the company - E.M Media, and would more than likely be transferrable to the new owners of the company - sometimes with a small admin fee.

Well, I don't think it is a matter of talking about 65gb of content by itself...try developing members areas...converting movies to every speed / size required ......splitting into clips / scenes etc ....tweaking etc it takes time and a lot of trial and error...you don't just buy that shit off the shelf!

Then there are pictures, audio, stories...etc etc

And, The front end designs are all quite nice IMO.
