I see your actiongirls.com processes with ibill, setting up a simple partnership program with them shouldnt cost you much, their are ready made scripts available. Nothing fancy but it will do the job if you want to do it on the cheap.
Spend a bit on promo material for your affiliates.
Overall I like your site, it looks good, and with some pornstar traffic im sure it converts. The naviagtion could be a bit more straightforward maybe.
