Think about some of the sore spots this industry is dealing with and design business plans around solving them.
Personally, I think the resources needed to do alot of that are a bit out of my reach. So I work on new ideas that are easily executed. With the new technologies coming out there are plenty of chances to jump in on new revenue streams.
