I just woke up, but let me try to answer this for the program:

1. Who pays the ccbill processing fees.
It's 50/50 split. It wouldn't be fair for us to absorb the entire processing cost. Since the webmasters are being paid 100%, this 50% of processing fees comes directly out of our pocket and is non-retrievable.

2. who gets the 5% reserve after it is released in 6 months .
Well, we do. Our 5% holdback does not come out of webmasters pocket at any point with any ccbill program.
This is another fee we need to cough up directly from our pocket, and we sure do want it back

3. Also charge backs . ? Im not sure if ccbill is doing this yet but alot of companies are charging 15 to 25 bucks per charge back .. now i understand you say you have low cb's but in a few months that is bound to change so who eats this charge if it comes up .
This is a 2 part question with a 2 part answer: 1)

Well, just like any other responsible program out there, *if there comes a time that we're charged for it* (currently not) then we will pass it along to the referring webmaster if that's possible.
This program is for business people, not the casual promoter. As with any business, this program comes with a certain degree of responsibility. If you're getting paid for any % of the sale then it's only right that you take responsibility for that % of your income or loss thereof.

The second part: *i understand you say you have low cb's but in a few months that is bound to change*

Why would our percentage change very much? With this program, as well as our PPS and 50% recurring, if any single webmaster sends a high degree of chargebacked sales, they would expect re-evaluation and permanent termination.

We would rightfully expect that anyone investing in this opportunity sure isn't going to cheat the program by sending low qualified or high chargeback traffic (mainly cheaters) because the risk of termination and permanent loss of revenue would be too great. That would be the only reason to have to worry about excessive chargebacks.

This program comes with a different set of rules, and we fully expect to not have to worry about them being broken or having to scrutinize and enforce it's webmasters into compliance.
