First off I am the webmaster of NECROHIPHOP.com, not necro himself just the person who designed and ran the site for him.
I have a few comments I wanted to share;
The point you are missing or incorrectly assuming is that we were given warnings about removing the copyrighted posts. The reality is that the complaints were not sent to us until the moment the site was removed, when our host forwarded me a mass amount of complaints. We would have been happy to remove the posts if we were notified and have removed posts in the past when we were told about infractions. Our site makes money from selling cds, records and other merchandise, not from pornography and would not have had a problem removing that section of our site. I have been monitoring this thread for 2 days now and my feelings are that the majority of the people on this site are extremely immature cry babies who don't know how to carry on business like professional adults. Logging on to our board and spamming it doesn't not count as a formal contact. If someone would have made a post and explained the situation it could have been handled properly instead you posted pictures of people vomiting and defacating and made threats filled with profanity. I understand your complaint, and we did not want to jeopardize peoples business's and I sincerely apologize if that might have occurred. I just want to you to realize that this whole mess could have been avoided if you handled business as professionally as claim you did, and if you did send notices it did not reach the correct parties.

you do not see the same thing when a host is caught with illegal shit on their system they get fucked too .. so it is in the best interest of both parties to rid thier sites of anything that is considered copyrighted material.. i remember a certain lawsuit that perfect ten brought up and won for the same thing .. hell did they realize that they could have a class action lawsuit of unfair business pratices and unfair market strategies and possibly loose meaning that they would then be liable for loss of profits and damages resulting from posting pics that are clearly copyrighted as well as they are hotlinked... it opens a can of worms for the guy that is allowing it and providing a safe haven for it .. that this guy the designer and webmaster should have been aware of and should have done something about without DMCA notificationchAos
