Don't just give them all $900 like that girl, because for a successful teen paysite you will need more than 2 new girls a month to retain members. Find your favorite video and photo set, the ones you enjoy the most. Go through them but THIS time with a PEN in your hand [GRIN] and make notes. What poses, positions and shots are the best, where is the camera in relation to the performers, where are the lights, etc.
Have a shot list for both stills and video before you start and remember that the lighting is usually different for stills than for Video, depending on the cameras.
Pick out the hottest photo you've ever seen and when you interview a prospective model try to imagine her in the pose from that photo and see in your mind what she'll look like.
These things worked for me, hope they help you.

one nonporn comment better makeup, makeup can make the difference between a girl looking hard or like the girl next store. No ghetto or whore colors ,there is a great book makeup for photographers. Also learn three point lighting, harsh shadows can also make someone look very hard. Also try to always pay the least possible amount, you are not charity. As far as the rest to shoot hot porn pics or clips I think its either you have the eye or not I dont think it can be taught.Comment
