That's all we wanted gone, but once they looked deeper into his site they found copyright issues all over the place, they had no choice, once the DMCA notices hit the host they have to act quick or the host will get shut down also.
So they need to go through all the pages and remove the copyright issues and he will be fine.
Or he can move to a new host and try again but we will be watching
