you need to talk to an accountant who is up to date with federal and state laws which may have changed what if someone here gave you bad advice , you can't set anything up over the weekend anyway.Comment

) I have reality settlement issues,....
it's not a complete nightmare, but it is a good tough puzzle....

As a rule of thumb you shouldn't discuss tax shelters of the kind I think you are looking for with a CPA, better to speak with a Tax Attorney, because then you can retain attorney client priveleges in regards to everything you say and he can't testify against you if you ever ran into a serious IRS problem.Originally posted by Amputate Your Head
