I do not keep up with things, but it seems Ron is actually ripping off your ideas BossHawg ( this is coming from 3 people who do keep up with things, and I trust) - which is fine, because that is how the industry is... but to try and flip it around and claim he invented everything is just how Ron works... Just wanted to set the record straight on where I stand....

FM how can you say Boss is making $160 a join? Clearly he inst! Surfer joins his site for free, so he makes nothing, best case scenario the surfer takes all 3 cross sells. These cross sells are all epoch ezclicks from other sponsors, paying $15, max $20. So he is taking in $45-$60 max, and most probably on avg $10-$20, maybe less because there is no way every single surfer takes every cross sell. His only other income is from consoles and when the free trial converts into a paid membership. I doubt very much he has many $140 customers.

The epoch ezclicks are in plain english, and people have the option not to click them. As for FTC action and it being all the site owners fault. Have you read the epoch ezlicks on every site? They all say the same stuff word for word. I am not an epoch client, but clearly epoch is playing a role in the wording of these cross sales.

As for Boss copying your riskymail program? Please! If anything Join 4 Free & Pink 4 Free were the first mass marketed free email sites, your riskymail program was email panels only and these are full sites, something you only started to do much later.

You got in late with the free email sites, late with niche sites, late with paid trials, late with the comeback of pay per signup on free joins, late with your rewards program. Yes you innovated a lot at the start and others copied you, but dont try to act like you havent followed other programs leads as well.

Boss has put a few different original twists into his sites and programs. I dont see a need to jump on him at every opportunity.
