I'm no psycho-analyst or whatever the fuck those fake doctors want to call themselves, but this country has a serious problem with depression. And what do the doctors say? Pop more pills, see a shrink, pop more pills. Of course they want you to pop more pills, they'll make more money!

I've never been to a shrink, but I just don't see how talking about your life problems (bringing back memories that are best forgotten) could make anyone feel better, much less cure their depression. There are so many self-esteem issues these days, it's absolutely ridiculous. Nobody has any self-esteem anymore, they're always aspiring to be the next rock star or super model. Fuck, I wouldn't mind being a rock star or professional football player, but I'm perfectly happy with my life.

Instead of dwelling over terrible lives, people need to learn to dig through all of their problems and find the sweet spot. It sounds cheesy, but once you can learn to look beyond the bad, or life will be much more enjoyable.

But what you said about the medications like Prozac, Xanax, Zoloft is dead on balls accurate.

The Columbine shootings, the kids were on anti-depressants. Just about all of these rash of kid's crimes for the past 40 years has been associated with psychiatric drugs. Which are nothing more than pharmaceutical cocaine clones.

The bottom dollar to depression is diet. Too many processed sugars and starches and kids with high metabolisms can't handle this shit and go postal.

yet if your kid is a problem in school with attention deficit disorder the courts can force you to put the kids on the stuff or you'll go to jail.

Matter of fact all psychiatric disorders are VOTED on with NO physical proof of biological malfunction.

So if you, your kids ever get into trouble with the law, and the judge orders a psychiatric evaluation and that psych says you need drugs, you're forced into taking the drugs or you go to jail where they'll tie you down and force feed you the shit.
