The reason cp is all over the place

Motherfucker video taping a 3 yr old in the bathroom, molested a five year old and video taped it . They only give him 6 and a half fucking years, they should cut his nuts off with a dull knife and let his ass rot in jail til the day he dies.

Man gets 6 1/2 years in child porn case

    By DON PLUMMER
    The Atlanta Journal-Constitution

    Chad Crowley
A Paulding County man accused of videotaping a 3-year-old girl as she used a Kennesaw restaurant restroom was sentenced Wednesday in federal court to 6 1/2 years for having more than 1,000 images of child pornography on his home computer.

Chad Michael Crowley, 33, of Dallas was sentenced on federal charges of receipt of child pornography. The images were found on the computer during a search of Crowley's residence following his April 2002 arrest in connection with the alleged restaurant incident, federal authorities said. U.S. Attorney William S. Duffey Jr. said District Judge Richard W. Story also required that Crowley undergo treatment for sexual offenders.

In a related case, Crowley is scheduled to enter a guilty plea June 26 in Cobb Superior Court to state charges stemming from an incident at Chuck E. Cheese's family restaurant on Barrett Parkway in Kennesaw, said Kathy Watkins, a spokeswoman with the Cobb County District Attorney's office. That's where Crowley was discovered videotaping the child, who was accompanied into the restroom by her father, said Brody Staud, Cobb County police spokesman.

According to Staud, Crowley was videotaping the girl from an adjacent stall when the father noticed the camera and informed restaurant management.

Officers who responded to the scene April 13, 2002, initially charged Crowley with criminal trespass because Crowley convinced them he was there with his wife and children, and had accidentally left the camera running while in the restroom, Staud said. He was charged with peeping Tom and eavesdropping April 30, 2002, after his story was determined to be false, Staud said.

Crowley was released May 1, 2002, on $10,000 bond, said Cobb Sheriff's spokeswoman Nancy Bodiford.

Crowley's sexual misconduct also extended to at least one other state, authorities allege. As early as summer 2000, he "engaged in a pattern of sexually explicit conduct with minor females," Duffey said, citing information from federal investigators.

Crimes alleged in court include an incident at a campground in Alabama in the summer of 2000, during which Crowley videotaped himself molesting a 5-year-old girl in a vehicle, Duffey said. Crowley also molested a minor female while visiting her parents at their home in Alabama, according to investigators with the FBI's "Innocent Images Task Force."

Cobb police also seized a videotape from Crowley's home that he made at a children's birthday party, during which Crowley aimed the camera at a female infant whose diaper was being changed. The videotape, played in court Tuesday, was one of a number of videotapes introduced into evidence to establish a pattern of sexual activity for federal sentencing, Duffey said.

pretty sad. whats worst is that you get more time for selling drugs to people who want them than you do for molesting a child.

totally sad...crimes against children arent taken as serious as they should..now if that was a judges daughter or policmens daughter..would the punishment been the same?

what i don't understand is the father cathing the guy in the bathroom filming his daughter peeing.."he reported it to the management"...shhhheeeeeeiiiitttt.. my father would have ripped that fucker out of his stall and personally shoved his camera up his ass then ripped it from his asshole only to shove it down his throat as he was beating him till he couldnt move ....WTF is wrong with parents not taking action anymore..christ , maybe i am just a red neck..but i would fucking kill the sick fuck with my bare hands...there would only be need for the coroner. I have always told hubby if anyone were to abuse our kids in such a manner..i dont want them in jail..i want them out so i can take care of justice how it sholud be..justice system is so fucked up for sure..

I suspect if the father had acted on his own, he would have received a much more sever punishment than the sicko did...our priorities are seriously out of whack these days; or rather, our laws don't reflect our (supposed) values.

Sorry I just don't buy that.

In most cases I see these people get much more than this during sentencing.

I think in some cases they are a bit too extreme.

          Let me make my point.

Example 1: Guy goes into wal-mart follows boy into bathroom, sticks his hand down boys underwear and touches his ass.
          Arrested and convicted.

Guy gets 10 years in prison, serves 2/3 his time gets out serves probation and has to register as a sex offender the rest of his life so we can watch him.

Example 2: Guy goes into wal-mart follows boy into bathroom beats the living shit out of him, leaves him half way dead.
          Arrested and convicted.

Guy gets 10-15 years in prison, serves 2/3 his time does his probation drops off the face of the earth. No one ever watches this guy again.

Example 3: Guy goes into wal-mart follows boy into bathroom kills boy.
          Arrested and convicted.

Being that the only crime commited is murder and does not necessarily constitute a capital crime and in Texas there is no "life without possibility of parole," the guy gets 20-30 years. Serves 2/3 of his time, does his probation and once again drops off the face of the eart. No one ever watches this guy again.

Now in my opinion I think #3 is far worse than #1.

While the crime of molestation is abhorrent and the kid lives with emotional scars, I think murder is worse.

You can argue that they have "murdered" the innocence of the child, but people can through time and therapy overcome these difficulties in their life. The last time I checked a therapist couldn't bring you back from the dead.

          Now let's talk about "recidivism."

While this does seem to be a problem with sexual offenders, I think anyone who can go past that invisible line that lies within all humans to take another human life is like a wild animal who has developed a taste for human blood.

What do we do with those animals? We put them down.

But yet we let killers loose all the time.

New laws are added all the time to combat sexual offenders.

There are federal laws on the books that if the child is below a certain age they are allowed to double the amount of punishable time.

Some states now have laws where they can keep sexual offenders indefinitely after they have served their time.

          How?

They do so on mental health warrants. They deem them dangerous to others and lock them up in mental institutions for however long they deem necessary. As long as they can "prove," the person MIGHT be dangerous they can keep them.

Honestly I think that constitutes punishment for thought crimes.

But yet we don't do this with the baddest of the baddies in prison, murderers.

They server their time, they get out do their probation, then go on to lead their lives until they commit another crime.

And another thing you have to consider. I'll have to dig up the stat for you, but in most cases, anyone who has served at least 3 terms in prison is usually a "sexual offender."

By that they mean they offended in prison, and now have developed a taste for forced sex.

This comes about by them either being raped, or raping to prove their power in prison.

So when you get some 3 time loser who gets out, for whatever crime he's commited he is by all likeliehood a sexual offender. But yet once again he's not watched.

Why? Because the crime he went into prison for didn't involve children.

Take someone who beats a child to death, and someone who rapes a child. When you let them out of jail, who is more likely to repeat their crime? The rapist. That's why pedo's shouldn't be let out. Ever.

A lot of violent criminals can be reformed. I don't think pedo's ever change. Their desires will always be there, and it's only a matter of time before they act on them again. They can spend 10 years in jail, but if the situation comes up again when they get out will they be able to control themselves even if they believe they can get away with it?

There must be more to the story than just that. Here's how I thought it generally went...

                        Possesion: 2 years
                        Trading/selling: around 10 years
                        Production: Life

But I've also read about other cases where possesion gets just probation + sex offenders list. Then there's the case of that Texas AVS owner who got life for just accepting payments on cp sites he didn't even make.

They probably take it on a case by case basis.

Pedos will get out, so will murderers. You CANNOT base your criminal justice system on what could possibly happen in the future. Smacks of Minority Report and the thought police.
