What I havent been able to determine yet is whether or not this means you must run a Dutch company? Has anyone talked to them?

from what I can read, no you dont have to run a Dutch company, but have to register your company with the Chamber of Commerce in the Netherlands.
I don't see this as anything to be worried about. -yet.

From what I hear this means registering with www.kvk.nl . Whether or not there are restrictions on country of origin as far as Visa/MC is yet to be seen. Going to try to call.

www.kvk.nl --> KvK --> Kamer van Koophandel --> Chamber of Commerce

Again: if you are NOT based in the Netherlands/Holland, you do NOT need to register at the KvK and you DO NOT need to send anything regarding it to Verotel
