Those are good programs. Here's some info about others:

FrontPage 2000 - should be around $80 if you don't have Office 2000.

DreamWeaver - It's the shit! It's $300 and they offer a 30day free trial. http://www.macromedia.com

But free is good! I'd definately try the others first. You might want to check out EBay too. I sold my FrontPage 2000 on ebay for only $30 there.

I use Notepad, dreamweaver ultraDev, Some Flash for non adult sites, and I just got GoLive5.

I haven't learned GoLive5 yet.

Also PhotoShop6 has an awesome thumbnail gallery creator. It has saved me a ton of time.

I am using CD2HTML more & more lately. I still edit with CuteHTML (bundled free with CuteFTP). Get yourself a basic html book or download some of the html tutorials.

Used Hotmetal for quite some time. It was OK until I tried Dreamweaver. There is nothing better in my humble opinion . It makes things that I used to have to hand code totally automated, quick and easy. I love it. Wasted so much time on other proggies.

I use Hotmetal Pro 6.0 for major sites. Makes multi page sites a snap.

For quick and dirty I use Arachnophilia. It's FREE and it really is a great program.

Well I also use arachnaphilia, and I also use cute html, since I got it for free with cute ftp.

Anyways, I hate those wysiwyg html editors. I'd rather just write everything out by html.

I first design my pages in photoshop and then use notepad to write the code(html, php, perl etc). I use dreamweaver for stylesheets and intergrating flash. I've got all the other programs like hotdog and 1stpage but I'm just used to notepad I guess, It's what I used when I started.

I took a tour of the White House once...
