Depends on how much you need. If you are looking for less than 320GB you can't use mbps. If you're looking for more than 320GB you can use either. Or if you really need to push some traffic get into terra.
Quality can be found for .05 cents to .64 cents/GB depending upon quantity, hardware, network and support.
