Don't look for it to stay open long.
Looked into renting the place for a photo studio a few months back and the deal was, it had to keep the solid gold name, and the cost was $200K, plus $15k a month rent.
Basically they wanted a new sucker to take over the club in an area where they girls can't get nude...of course competition all around them can....good luck surviving

Even spent time at his home with Joe E during his huge CEN party was quite an honor to stay there
