I've got an associate that runs one. It's not high traffic or anything, but it's pretty steady.
It's not a CJ-Site or anyhting like that. It's for legitimate sites with 20 or so free pics, respectable amounts of advertising...
I can't postthe URL until i hear back from this person, though. I know they're in the midst of another project right now and may not be ready for a sudden influx of participants right now.
