I'm wondering the same thing... So far, most of my efforts haven't reaped a lot of results.. Invested $75 so far, about $15 left in my account and 1 signup @ $30 return...
The first site I tried converted at about 1:650 - worse than my TGP traffic results for that site.. pretty fucking incredible for a PPCComment

I spend with sex.com around $850 per month and make $1500, I love it for adult.
For mainstream i use adwords, from each 3k invested per month i get back around $6k.
For me the keys are around 30% the keywords you use and 70% what you promote and how it's promoted(product and promo pages, etc). It's not just add money, bid on some keywords for some urls and wait for the $$ to come. If I would have taken that 400 and baught top TGP spots I would have easily doubled my money and in some case even tripled.Comment

Sorry this got burried and I just found it...
I'm totaly new to PPC...
But anyway I looked at alot of the pages that where on there for some of the keywords, and it seems they just re-direct to a sponsor granted the add text does say how much the sponsor is.
So I assume people are using a landing page that sends the surfer off with the proper code and more than likely tracks the hit.
Seems like an ok idea, but if you where dealing with PPC would you pitch with a one page wonder, a gallery, or do free sites actualy stand a chance of seeing some conversions?...
Anyone ever try there hub?...could be an interesting way to get targeted traffic into your network.

There is no specific method that works for every advertiser on Sex.Com. Each kind of site requires a different type of bidding strategy. PLEASE ASK YOUR SALES REP FOR ADVICE ON WHAT TO DO. Generally, if you open up your back end stats to us and let us see coversions we will handle all of your bidding for you.
As a general rule free trials and cheap 3 day trials tend to have better success on Sex.Com as most of the traffic we have is not that internet savvy. In addition, those with dialers do extremely well when targeting their keywords to our Western Europeam countries only.

It is unfair to say that a $50 spend that netted one $30 signup is a failure when that next click could have got a signup and it would be deemed a success. You are an fucking idiot ... they are one of the most professional adult companies in the biz. Their sales folks are always around to help. Some site just don't sell, period. There are 14 million of them out there. If the traffic doesn't work for your site -- too fucking bad, build more galleries you sloppy assfucker.
What part of making a deposit, listing your site, and choosing your bid price didn't you understand genius?________

What part of making a deposit, listing your site, and choosing your bid price didn't you understand genius? I might have said it nicer ... but I agree. I have not had the "best" luck with their traffic (just about break even to this point) but their staff has been great and very helpful. Hard to get ripped off when you see your site listed, choose your price, and see every single click you get.

It might help you find the way to sell your product better.
I have got some really good feedback from people so far and everyone that has used the information has profitied.

Thats one of the things I noticed that the add does the sell and that the link goes right to the sponsor so you dont feel that having a landing page or a one hit wonder would be a good idea.SIG TOO BIG!
