Unless you are already handling monster minutes or have a huge webmaster base you shouldn't be a reseller because the concept of a reseller would be pointless. Everyone would just be a reseller!
When Telcoweb was big, everyone started to become a reseller. Some became big, but most were small frys. Now of course Telcoweb is a nobody partly due to the FTC case (which wasn't their fault and they settled) but mostly because they weren't clear on the cost of the call on their disclaimer which caused huge chargebacks causing their account to go negative on the 900 balance.

A bit late to reply perhaps but we do pay every 2 weeks and have .exe dialers as well as .cab (Active-X) dialers available.
To become a reseller you must qualify on several points.
